In response to Mexico’s persistent gender gap in technology, IntegrateWomen established a hands-on bootcamp and leadership accelerator for university-age women in Mexico City and Guadalajara. Developed in collaboration with local universities and tech companies, the program delivered hands-on training in programming, product management, and digital ethics.
Participants worked in small groups to design digital solutions for real-world challenges from healthcare access apps to logistics bots for women-led businesses. The final week of the accelerator matched each participant with a mentor currently working in a senior technology role, providing ongoing career support and exposure to executive pathways.
The program graduated 36 women in its first year. Several alumni have secured internships at multinational tech firms or launched their own projects. The initiative attracted coverage from
Mexican tech media and promotional support from prominent women CTOs, helping to seed a new generation of confident, visible women leaders in Mexico’s technology ecosystem.
